An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 11, 2019,And the trial attorney for the subject child, Colleen Samuels, Esq., having moved to be relieved as counsel, and for appointment of appellate counsel for said child, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of relieving Colleen Samuels, Esq., as attorney for the child. That branch of the motion seeking appointment of appellate counsel for the child is denied as academic, the appeal having been dismissed (see M-8393, entered January 14, 2020).
