WRIT DENIED. Pursuant to this Court's September 22, 2016 decision, relator Hillside Veterinary Associates, LLC had until October 24, 2016 by which to refile its writ application with the missing notice of intent to seek supervisory writs and signed return date order. See Kenny Lussan v. Hillside Veterinary Associates, LLC, 2016 CW 0898, September 22, 2016. Hillside did not refile until December 2, 2016, and as such, the instant writ application is untimely.
