Barry S. Franklin of Young, Stern Tannenbaum, P.A., North Miami Beach, for respondent wife.


The petition for writ of prohibition is granted and The Honorable James M. Reasbeck, Circuit Judge, is disqualified in this matter and prohibited from taking any further action therein.

The Chief Judge of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, through the normal random assignment process, is directed to cause this case to be assigned to another circuit judge for further proceedings.
