FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCES, § 19annulment of deed intended to avoid payment of contemplated judgment. In action in nature of creditor's bill, held court properly annulled warranty deed executed by defendant and wife for purpose of avoiding or evading payment of plaintiff's contemplated judgment.
