Before the Court is appellants' February 27, 2004 motion to dismiss. Stating they no longer wish to pursue the appeal, appellants move the Court to dismiss. Appellants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED, and this appeal is DISMISSED. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a).
