Summary
In Lundstrom v. Winnebago Newspapers, Inc. 32 Ill. App.2d 266, section 24 was held to eliminate the bar of limitations as applied to a new action instituted in the circuit court of Winnebago County within one year after an earlier action in a federal district court had been dismissed for want of diversity of citizenship.
