Shapiro, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur; Hopkins, Acting P.J., and Benjamin, J., dissent and vote to reverse the judgment and grant a new trial solely on the issue of damages, unless plaintiff stipulate to reduce the jury's verdict to $25,000, with the following memorandum: In our opinion the verdict was excessive to the extent that it was more than $25,000.
