MICHAEL WILLIAM LUND, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Michael William Lund appeals from a district court order denying a motion to vacate conviction filed October 30, 2019. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Douglas W. Herndon, Judge.

We conclude that we lack jurisdiction over this appeal because no statute or court rule provides for an appeal from such an order. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (observing the right to appeal is statutory, and, where no statutory authority provides for appeal, there is no right to appeal). Accordingly, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
