JOSEPH DAVID LUNA, APPELLANT v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, APPELLEE

APPEAL FROM THE 114TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT SMITH COUNTY, TEXAS

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Appellant pleaded guilty to failure to stop and render aid and criminally negligent homicide. The trial court assessed punishment at imprisonment for five years and eight years, respectively. We have received the trial court's certification in each appeal showing that Appellant waived his right to appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 25.2(d). The certifications are signed by Appellant and his counsel. Accordingly, the appeals are dismissed for want of jurisdiction.

Opinion delivered October 12, 2011.

Panel consisted of Worthen, C.J., Griffith, J., and Hoyle, J.
