This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Nashville, Tennessee trial session scheduled to begin February 28, 2022.

On February 3, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. We will direct petitioner Lun Pi to file a response to the motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 18, 2022, Mr. Pi shall file a response to the above-described motion. Should Mr. Pi fail to comply with this Order, the Court may grant respondent's motion and enter a decision again him in the amount of $4,177.00 for tax year 2019.
