ORDER

LEWIS A. KAPLAN, District Judge.

This Court previously directed that the parties file a joint pretrial order on or before October 25, 2002. They have failed to do so.

The parties shall file a joint pretrial order in the form prescribed no later than November 6, 2002.

In addition, counsel are directed to show cause, on or before November 6, 2002, why they should not be sanctioned, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 16(f), for failing to comply with the Court's order directing the submission of a timely joint pretrial order.
