DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to withdraw as counsel for appellants and for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to withdraw is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until May 27, 2014, and this decision and order shall be mailed to appellants by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to appellants to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321 (c), and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to July 11, 2014.
