Armando Lujan, Dolores Hernandez, and All Occupants, Appellants v. Isaac Spencer, LP, Appellee

FROM THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 2 OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY
NO. 16-1823-CC-2 , HONORABLE LAURA B. BARKER, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION

On May 22, 2017, the Clerk of this Court sent notice to appellants that appellants' brief was due on May 12, 2017, and that any brief filed after that deadline must be preceded or accompanied by a motion for extension of time. The Clerk also notified appellants that the appeal would be subject to dismissal for want of prosecution if they did not respond to this Court by June 1, 2017. To date, appellants have not responded to this Court's notice and have not filed a motion for extension of time or a brief. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b), (c).
