ORDER
Pending before the Court is a motion filed by Appellants, Lucchese Boot Company, Bartolo Mata, and Rigoberto Gutierrez, to stay the proceedings in the trial court pending resolution of this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's order denying Appellants' motion to compel arbitration. See TEX.R.APP.P. 29.3 (authorizing appellate court to make any temporary orders necessary to preserve the parties' rights until disposition of the interlocutory appeal). We GRANT the motion and order that the proceedings in cause number 2007-1198, styled Jose Solano v. Lucchese Boot Company, Bartolo Mata, and Rigoberto Gutierrez, are stayed pending resolution of this appeal or further order of this Court.
