Mr. James R. Lucas appeals pro se from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, in favor of Ms. Nancy F. Petersen and Dadson Manufacturing Corporation on his petition alleging employment fraud and damages. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided an unpublished memorandum of law explaining our ruling to the parties only. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
