PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 24, 2015, and respondent-appellant having moved for an order permitting her to have visitation with the subject child, and directing petitioner-respondent to cease all actions and proceedings pertaining to the adoption of the child,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Patricia M., filed June 3, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is in all respects denied.
