MAURIZIO LUCA & ANNA LUCA, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

On July 26, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report. In a previous status report, the parties explained that they anticipated filing cross-motions for partial summary judgment. The parties now realize that they may be able to fully resolve this case without the need for filing motions. However, due to legal complexity and dollar amount of the adjustments at issue, respondent's counsel needs more time to coordinate with his area counsel and National Office for any potential settlement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before September 23, 2022, the parties shall either file cross-motions for partial summary judgment or a proposed stipulated decision.
