ORDER

On August 30, 2021, the Court entered a Stipulated Decision in the above-docketed case. Subsequently, respondent determined that errors had been made in amounts reflected in the decision and, on September 29, 2021, filed a Motion To Vacate Decision. Respondent additionally indicated in the motions that petitioner had no objection to the granting thereof.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's just-referenced Motion To Vacate Decision is granted, and the Stipulated Decision entered August 30, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed August 25, 2021, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 21, 2021, the parties shall submit a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision disposing of this case.
