Opinion

The motion to withdraw as appellate counsel is granted and Kevin Coyle Colbert, Esquire is withdrawn as counsel for appellant and relieved from any further responsibility in this cause.

This appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami–Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute. Jimenez v. Department of Health and Rehabilitative Servs., 669 So.2d 340 (Fla. 3d DCA 1996).
