764 So. 2d 610 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1999)

Opinion

No. 98-3533

Opinion filed June 16, 1999

Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County; Hubert R. Lindsey, Judge; L.T. No. CJ-98-2832-JM.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and David McPherrin, Assistant Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Sarah B. Mayer, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

On the state's concession of error, for which we commend it, we reverse L.R.'s disposition order as to Count II, possession of a weapon on a school campus — a screwdriver, and remand for reconsideration of her community control placement.

DELL, POLEN and HAZOURI, JJ., concur.
