AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA


In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Loyd, 580 So.2d 1374 (Ala. 1991), the judgment is reversed and the cause remanded to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

All the Judges concur.
