June 12, 1945.

Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Clark county, Hall, J., entered October 14, 1943, upon findings, reversing an order of the department of labor and industries fixing the amount of the deficiency for which the accident fund was liable. Reversed.

The Attorney General and L.E. O'Neill, Assistant, for appellant.
