On February 8, 2018, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment which was denied by Order on March 27, 2018 when the case was remanded by the Court. On November 2, 2020, respondent issued a Supplemental Notice of Determination and thereafter the parties filed status reports. There are no pending motions at this time. For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 14, 2022, each party shall file a dispositive motion or a status report detailing the then-present status of the case.
