ORDER


This action is before the Court on plaintiffs' motion (Doc. 58) to dismiss certain of the named plaintiffs, specifically William A. little, the Estate of Jerry Little, Lany kenneth Little, Johnny Nolte and George Nolte. the Court is advised in the motion that the defendant, American Cyanarnid Company, has no objection. It is therefore ORDERED that the motion to dismiss these plaintiffs be and is hereby GRANTED. The Court is prepared to reconsider this matter only if any of the dismissed plaintiffs file a motion to reconsider on or before September 26, 2000, and therein show cause why the motion ought not to be granted.
