ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME (Doc. 34)

JENNIFER THURSTON, Magistrate Judge

On February 17, 2011, Defendants filed a motion for an extension of time up to, and including, April 22, 2011 to respond to Plaintiff's February 3, 2011 motion for summary judgment. Therein, Defendants argue that additional time is needed to discover facts essential for opposing Plaintiff's motion.¹

1 Discovery commenced in this action on December 21, 2010. (Doc. 24.)

Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. Defendants' February 17, 2011 motion for an extension of time (Doc. 34) is GRANTED; and

2. Defendants shall file an opposition to Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on or before April 22, 2011.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
