ORDER

This case was called for trial at the November 1, 2021, remote Trial Session of the Court, for cases where Houston, Texas was designated as the place of Trial.

On October 31, 2021, Petitioner filed Proposed Trial Exhibits marked 1000-P through 1003-P.

For the sake of consistency and continuity, during trial, the Court renumbered Exhibit 1001-P as 1008-P, and Exhibit 1003-P as 1007-P.

After due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that Petitioner's Proposed Trial Exhibit 1001-P, filed October 31, 2021, is hereby renumbered as 1008-P; and

That Petitioner's Proposed Trial Exhibit 1003-P is hereby renumbered as 1007-P.
