Opinion filed December 15, 1939. Rehearing denied February 6, 1940.

COSTS, § 46maintenance of sheep pending suit. In trial of right of property as to certain sheep which found against intervenors, $200 being allowed as costs for expense of maintaining the sheep, the intervention was not vexatious and reviewing court would not increase this item to $1,000, which the attaching creditor claimed as the total cost of maintaining the sheep.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Grundy county; Hon. FRANK H. HAYES, presiding. Affirmed. Heard in this court at October term, 1939; Opinion filed December 15, 1939; Rehearing denied February 6, 1940.
