COSTS, § 46 — maintenance of sheep pending suit. In trial of right of property as to certain sheep which found against intervenors, $200 being allowed as costs for expense of maintaining the sheep, the intervention was not vexatious and reviewing court would not increase this item to $1,000, which the attaching creditor claimed as the total cost of maintaining the sheep.
