Before Division Three: Alok Ahuja, Presiding Judge, Gary D. Witt, Judge, and Anthony Rex Gabbert, Judge

ORDER

Per Curiam:

Elvis P. Lovelady appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion. He claims in three points on appeal that the motion court clearly erred in finding his defense counsel acted as a reasonably competent attorney. He asserts that, but for his defense counsel’s actions, he would not have pleaded guilty to the charged crimes. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
