Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed March 24, 2022. This case was called and recalled from the calendar at the Trial Session of the Court on March 28, 2022, at Tampa, Florida. Both parties appeared and were heard and respondent withdrew the pending motion. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed March 24, 2022, is deemed withdrawn and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued pending further direction by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before April 27, 2022, to submit to the Court a signed decision document, or in the alternative, to file with the Court a joint written report as to the then current status of this case.
