Appeal from Jefferson Circuit Court, Common Pleas Branch, Fourth Division. Eugene Hubbard, Judge.

Action by Henry C. Williams against Louisville Nashville Railroad Company for damages allegedly sustained while a passenger on a train and when forcibly removed from a smoking compartment in a colored coach. Judgment for plaintiff. On defendant's motion for an appeal.

Motion for an appeal from Circuit Court, Jefferson County, Common Pleas Branch, Fourth Division.

Judgment awarding appellee, a Negro, $250 damages alleged to have been sustained by him while a passenger on one of appellant's trains, resulting from the conductor's forcibly removing him from a smoking compartment in a colored coach.
