Hendee Homes, Inc., 275 So.2d 894, this day handed down by this court, the judgment appealed from is amended, and as amended, is rendered in the amount of $10,157.00, together with legal interest thereon from date of judgment until paid, and for all court cost.

Amended and rendered.
