Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 21, 2016, for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, and for leave to have the appeal heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied and the appeal is dismissed. That portion of the motion seeking poor person relief is denied as academic.
