ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the Chicago, Illinois, trial session scheduled to begin on September 9, 2024, and is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to stay proceedings, filed July 19, 2024, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that on or before September 9, 2024, the parties shall file (1) a stipulated decision document, or (2) a joint status report (or if that is not possible, then separate reports) stating the then current status of this case.
