On May 13, 2022, petitioner filed the petition to commence this case. The notice of deficiency attached to the petition contained sensitive taxpayer information. On May 18, 2022, petitioner filed a redacted petition in which sensitive taxpayer information was redacted from the notice of deficiency attached to that petition.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the petition, filed May 13, 2022, shall be removed from the Court's public record and shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
