In an action to recover damages for wrongful death, plaintiff appeals from an order granting defendant's motion to vacate and set aside the alleged service of a summons and a default judgment entered in favor of plaintiff and against defendant. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Beldock, JJ., concur.
