ORDER

PER CURIAM. Stevie C. Lott appeals from the circuit court's judgment overruling his Rule 29.15 motion. Lott argues that his trial counsel was ineffective for: (1) failing to adduce testimony from Dr. Deidiker that the victim could have been standing when she was shot, (2) failing to introduce a letter into evidence, and (3) inducing him to waive his right to a jury trial. Lott also argues that his appellate counsel was ineffective for failing to challenge the circuit court's failure to dismiss his case on speedy trial grounds. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, and we conclude the trial court did not err. An extended opinion would have no precedential value nor serve any jurisprudential purpose. We have, however, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
