ORDER

Roger L. Lott appeals the trial court's summary judgment rendered against him on July 11, 2013. A clerk's record was filed on September 9, 2013. The clerk's record is materially incomplete in that it does not contain the pleadings upon which trial was held. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5(a)(1). Specifically, the record does not contain:

¦ Plaintiff First Bank's live petition;
¦ Defendant Roger L. Lott's live answer; or,
¦ Plaintiff First Bank's motion for summary judgment, or any response to the motion for summary judgment.

We order the Bexar County Clerk to file by September 16, 2013 a supplemental clerk's record containing the items listed above.
