Roger L. LOTT, Appellant v. FIRST BANK, Appellee

From the County Court At Law No. 10, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 372518

Honorable David J. Rodriguez, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellant Roger L. Lott's brief was originally due October 18, 2013; however, the court granted appellant's request for an extension of time until November 15, 2013. On November 13, appellant filed a letter requesting an extension until March 15, 2014, to file the brief.

We grant the motion in part and order appellant's brief due December 17, 2013 (sixty days after the original due date). Appellant is advised that no further extensions of time will be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances that also provides the court reasonable assurance the brief will be completed and filed by the requested extended deadline. Appellant is further advised that if the brief is not filed by the date ordered, the court may dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a); 42.3(c).
