Roger L. LOTT, Appellant v. FIRST BANK, Appellee

From the County Court At Law No. 10, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 372518

Honorable David J. Rodriguez, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellant Roger L. Lott's brief was originally due October 18, 2013; however, we granted Lott two extensions of time. On November 15, 2013, we ordered Lott's brief due December 17, 2013, and advised him that no further extensions of time would be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances. Neither the brief nor a motion for extension of time was filed.

We therefore order Roger L. Lott to file, on or before January 9, 2014, his appellant's brief and a written response reasonably explaining his failure to timely file the brief. If appellant fails to file a brief and the written response by the date ordered, we will dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a).
