In re: Leonard A. Losch, individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor daughter, Melissa Losch applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson.


Application denied; there is no error of law in the judgment complained of.

SUMMERS, BARHAM and TATE, Justices, are of the opinion the writ should be granted to examine the liability of an owner of animal for damage caused by it in light of Civil Code Article 2321 as written and originally interpreted.
