DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant on appeals from orders of the District Court of Suffolk County, Third District, entered April 21, 2011 (Appeal No. 2011-1356 S C) and December 17, 2012 (Appeal No. 2013-90 S C) to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal after appellant's motion for, among other things, an enlargement of time to perfect its appeal and respondent's cross motion for, among other things, dismissal of the appeal in Appeal No. 2011-1356 S C has been decided.
