DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated February 21, 2018, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel, to be represented by The Rural Law Center. By letter dated August 16, 2018 by Kristina A. Bluvas, Esq., on behalf of The Rural Law Center, she requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate with counsel. By decision and order dated September 13, 2018, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated September 25, 2018, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by October 26, 2018. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
