The attorney for the child having moved to dismiss an appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 19, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Charles D. Halvorsen, Esq., dated July 21, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that there is no appeal pending (see CPLR 5515 [1]; Family Court Act § 1115).
