OPINION

CRAIL, Presiding Justice.

These four cases are similar to the case of Hammond Lumber Company v. Adams (Cal.App.) 51 P.2d 1158, this day decided, except as to plaintiffs, dates, and amounts of the certificates. We hold for the defendant in these cases also and for the reasons stated in the opinion in the case of Hammond Lumber Company.

Judgments affirmed.
