MICHAEL LORUSSO Petitioner(s) v. STATE OF FLORIDA Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 522020CF004126000APC; 522019CF005991000APC

To the extent that the petitioner seeks mandamus relief, he has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000); Tyson v. Florida Bar, 826 So.2d 265, 267-68 (Fla. 2002). To the extent that the petitioner seeks habeas corpus relief, the petition is dismissed as unauthorized pursuant to Baker v. State, 878 So.2d 1264 (Fla. 2004). No motion for rehearing or reinstatement will be entertained by this Court.

POLSTON, LABARGA, LAWSON, COURIEL, and GROSSHANS, JJ., concur.
