Upon review of the response(s) to this Court's order to show cause dated October 3, 2012, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See Lorillard Tobacco Co. v. Rey, 99 So.3d 944 (Fla.2012). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.
