Appeal from the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Zelman, J.H.O.).


Ordered that the judgment is reversed and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court; Suffolk County, for a new trial before a different Judicial Hearing Officer, with costs to abide the event.

It cannot be determined from the judgment, or from the decision upon which it is based, on what causes of action and to what extent judgment has been granted to the plaintiff. Accordingly, the judgment is reversed and the matter is remitted for a new trial.

Miller, J. P., Ritter, Sullivan and Florio, JJ., concur.
