On June 25, 2024, the Court issued to petitioners an Order to Show Cause why the caption of this case should not be amended. On June 30, 2024, petitioners filed documents titled First Amendment to Order to Show Cause and Second Amendment to Order to Show Cause.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' First Amendment to Order to Show Cause is recharacterized as a Response to Order to Show Cause. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Second Amendment to Order to Show Cause is recharacterized as a First Supplement to Response to Order to Show Cause. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause is made absolute in that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Kennet Lorenzi and Erica Cortes, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
