ORDER

Upon due consideration of the parties' joint Status Report, filed May 16, 2024, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a Special Trial Session of the Court in Washington, D.C., which shall commence on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time), in the Center Courtroom of the U.S. Tax Court, 400 Second Street N.W., Washington, D.C. 20217. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 27, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report and attach thereto a proposed pre-trial scheduling order. The proposed order shall include, but not be limited to:

• Identification of anticipated fields of expert testimony, if any.
• A deadline for motions for summary judgment that is no later than 4 weeks after the close of discovery.
• A deadline for all motions seeking total or partial exclusion of expert testimony that is no later than 6 weeks after the close of discovery. However, if the motion challenges expert evidence submitted in support of summary judgment briefing, any motion to exclude expert witness testimony shall be filed contemporaneously with the summary judgment response or reply, as appropriate.
• A deadline for motions in limine that is no later than 90 days before the first day of trial.
