ORDER

PETER J. PANUTHOS SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

In a status report filed November 8, 2021, respondent advised the Court that decision documents for this case were forthcoming. As of the date of this Order, the Court has not received such documents. The Court is uncertain as to why the parties have not submitted settlement documents in this matter and, further, the cause of such delay.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 15, 2022, either submit settlement documents or file further status report(s) (joint or separate) advising the Court as to the then present status of this matter. Any report filed shall state with specificity the remaining issues in this case and, respondent shall advise the Court as to why there has been a delay in submitting the settlement documents to the Court.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
